What we collect

• Account details: your email, handle, display name, and anything you add to your profile (avatar, socials, payment handles).
• Card data: the inventory, want list and grading info you enter, including photos you upload.
• Deal data: offers, messages, checklists and reviews between you and your deal partners.
• Billing data: membership status and subscription records. CardShake never stores your card number — payments are handled by our payment provider.

What stays private

• Your costs, purchase prices, profit and private notes are only for you.
• Market estimates on your cards are only visible to you; the market shows your asking price instead.
• Payment handles are shared only with the other member in an accepted deal — never publicly.
• Offer messages are visible only to the two members in the offer.

What is public

• Your public profile: handle, display name, avatar, socials, and the listings you mark For Sale / For Trade.
• Your trust record: completed deals, ratings received, and badges — so members know who is reliable.
• Your public want list, if you choose to share it.

How we use your information

To run your account, match cards against want lists, send deal notifications and reminders, process membership billing, and keep the marketplace safe (reports, strikes, suspensions). We email you about your deals and account — not marketing spam.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed to run the site: the payment provider for billing, and our infrastructure providers. Card listings and public profile data are, by design, visible to other members and visitors.

Your choices

Edit your profile, listings and want list any time. You can set your profile page to disabled, which hides your public showcase. Deleting your account removes your profile and listings; deal records may be kept minimally for safety and dispute history.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, listings and deal records while your account is active. Billing records are kept as long as required for accounting. After you delete your account, your profile and listings are removed; a minimal record of deals and reviews may remain so other members' trust history and dispute records stay accurate.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account → Delete my account. That removes your profile, listings, want list and personal data. Deal history that other members rely on is kept in minimal form.
