Trust & Safety
CardShake connects collectors directly — payments and shipping happen between members. These tools help you know who you're dealing with and keep every deal transparent.
Tracked trades
Each deal on CardShake comes with a shared checklist that both members tick off as they go — so everyone can see who has shipped, what's been received, and what's left. A deal is only marked complete once both sides confirm it, and only then can either side leave a review.
Public ratings
Reviews can only be left after a deal both members have marked done, one per person per deal. Every public profile shows the member's star average, number of reviews, typical reply time, join date and deal history, so you know who you're dealing with before you make an offer.
Deal score
When you build or receive an offer, CardShake adds up the estimated value of the cards and cash on each side and shows a meter — from Great trade to Unfair trade — so lopsided offers are easy to spot before anyone agrees.
Message every deal
Every offer has its own message thread, so questions about condition, shipping and timing stay attached to the deal both sides are looking at.
Report & block
If someone breaks the rules, report them from their profile. Blocking a member stops them from sending you offers or messages, and you can manage your blocked list in Settings.
Community rules
Every member agrees to our community rules before joining: keep it respectful, describe cards honestly, and ship within the agreed time. Members who break them can be removed.
