Community rules
CardShake works because collectors trust each other. Every member agrees to these rules — breaking them can get your account suspended or removed.
Keep it respectful
- No foul, abusive, threatening, or harassing language — in offers, messages, or reviews.
- No hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
- Disagree on price, not on people. Walk away from deals that turn hostile.
Honor your deals
- Once an offer is accepted, both sides are expected to follow through.
- Ship all applicable items within 3 business days of a deal being agreed.
- Send any agreed cash payment within 3 business days.
- Use tracked shipping and share the tracking number for anything of value.
- Mark the deal done promptly once your side has arrived — the other member is waiting on you.
Describe cards honestly
- Photos must show the actual card you're offering — front and back.
- Disclose condition issues (whitening, dings, surface scratches) before a deal is agreed.
- Never list counterfeits, reprints sold as originals, or altered cards.
Review honestly
- Only review deals you were actually part of.
- Reviews must be factual and free of foul or threatening language.
- Retaliatory or fake reviews may be removed.
One account, fair play
- One account per person — no duplicate accounts to dodge reviews or blocks.
- No price manipulation, shill offers, or fake deals to inflate a reputation.
- Keep deals on the platform's offer system so both sides are protected by the record.
Zero tolerance
- Threats, scams, or selling stolen or counterfeit goods lead to immediate removal.
- Do not use CardShake for anything illegal.
See something wrong?
Use the Report button on any member's page. Reports go straight to the site owner and are reviewed by a person. Blocking a member immediately stops offers and messages between you.
